Q: Hiking crampons (placed only in the front and middle part of the shoe) are ok or do we have to bring “classic” full mountaineering crampons?
A: You must have crampons that cover the whole shoe but they don’t need to be classic mountaineering crampons. You are aloud to use crampons for running shoes, like these: http://www.kahtoola.com/crampons.php
